ARISA Music（以下「私たち」）は、YouTube チャンネル「ARISA Music」と、その運営に使うツールで、みなさんに関する情報をどのように扱うかを、このページでお知らせします。

1YouTube API サービスを使っています

私たちのツール「ARISA Music Uploader」は、YouTube が提供する YouTube API サービス（プログラムから YouTube を使うための、YouTube 公式の仕組み）を使って、私たちのチャンネルで次のことをしています。

• 動画の管理（アップロード・サムネイルや再生リストの設定・公開の予約・タイトルと説明文の翻訳など）
• ライブ配信の予約と、その状態の確認
• チャットやコメント欄への投稿（ライブ配信のチャットでの AI のお返事・放送ごとのごあいさつ・動画への歌詞コメント・動画へのコメントへのお返事）
• チャットのルールを何度も破る方の非表示
• チャンネルの数字（再生回数など）の確認

「ARISA Music Uploader」は、私たちがチャンネルの運営に使っているツールぜんぶをまとめた名前です。ライブ配信のチャットでみなさんとお話しする AI「AI ARISA」も、その機能の1つです。

YouTube に書き込んだ内容は、YouTube（Google）のプライバシーポリシーにしたがっても扱われます。

2このページの対象

• YouTube チャンネル「ARISA Music」（https://www.youtube.com/@Arisa-Music）と、同じ運営者のチャンネル
• ツール「ARISA Music Uploader」でしていること全部（動画のアップロードと管理・ライブ配信の予約・ライブ配信のチャットでの AI ARISA のお返事・動画へのコメントへのお返事・チャンネルの数字の確認）
• 公式サイト（https://arisa-music.pages.dev）

いま AI ARISA がお返事をしているのは、ライブ配信「ARISA Relax Room」のチャットです。今後、歌を流すライブ配信のチャットにも広げる予定です。広げたあとも、このページのとおりに扱います。

3受け取る情報

(1) ライブ配信のチャットに書き込んだとき

• AI ARISA がお返事をするライブ配信（いまは「ARISA Relax Room」）では、チャットに書いたメッセージの文・表示名・チャンネルID（YouTube のアカウントごとに付いている英数字の番号）・書いた時刻・メッセージの種類（ふつうのコメント・スーパーチャットなど）・メンバーかどうか・メッセージごとに YouTube が付けている番号を受け取ります（どれも、YouTube が私たちに見せている情報です）。
• 歌を流すライブ配信では、放送ごとに1回、ごあいさつを投稿します。同じごあいさつを二度投稿しないように、そのときにチャットを読んで、私たちの投稿があるかを確かめます。このとき読んだみなさんのメッセージは、保存しません。

(2) 私たちの動画にコメントしてくれたとき

• お返事の下書きを作るために、まだお返事していないコメント（コメントの文・表示名・書いた日時など）を読み込みます。

(3) 私たちのチャンネルの数字（再生回数など）

• 私たちのアカウントの情報で、視聴者のみなさん一人ひとりの情報ではありません。

YouTube から、みなさんのメールアドレス・住所・電話番号・パスワード・お支払いの情報（カード番号など）を受け取ることはありません。私たちから、本名などの個人情報をお聞きすることもありません。チャットやコメントにも書かないでください。

4AI ARISA が覚えること

また来てくれた方に合ったお返事ができるように、AI ARISA は、チャットでのやりとりから次の短いメモを作って覚えます。

• 呼んでほしいと教えてくれた名前
• 好きだと教えてくれた曲
• 話した話題（短いメモ）
• 来てくれた回数（コメントの数や、来てくれた日時をふくみます）と、そこから決める「初めて・2回目・常連」の区別
• 書いてくれた言葉の種類（日本語・英語など）・絵文字を使う方かどうか・メンバーかどうか

このほかに、チャットのルールを破った回数と、チャットで非表示にした記録を持ちます（この記録に、メッセージの文は入れていません）。お返事の数の上限（1時間や1日にお返事できる数）を数えるための控えも持ちます（AI でお返事を作った時刻や、上限をお知らせした時刻などを、チャンネルID といっしょに控えます。メッセージの文は入れていません。26時間をすぎた分は、次に控えを書くときに消します）。これらも、ふつうは29日以内に自動で消します。

メモの1つ1つは、もとになった書き込みから、ふつうは29日以内に自動で消します。来てくれた回数も、およそ直近29日のぶんだけを数えます。およそ29日のあいだチャットに書き込みがなければ、AI ARISA はその方のことを覚えていません。

5使い道

• チャットのメッセージに、AI ARISA がお返事をするため
• また来てくれた方を覚えておいて、その方に合ったお返事をするため
• 迷惑な書き込みを防ぐため（ルールを何度も破る方を、チャットで非表示にすることがあります）
• お返事の内容が適切だったかを、運営者があとで確かめるため
• 私たちの動画へのコメントに、お返事をするため
• 私たちのチャンネルの運営（動画の公開・配信の予約・数字の確認）のため

広告や、ほかの目的には使いません。

6AI によるお返事の作成

AI ARISA のお返事は、自動で投稿されます。投稿の前に、人が1通ずつ確かめてはいません（自動の検査をしてから投稿し、運営者があとで見直せるように記録しています。記録を持つ期間は、8 に書いたとおりです）。

お返事の多くは、外部の AI の文章作成サービスを使って作ります（あいさつやお礼、お答えできない質問などには、AI を使わずに、あらかじめ用意した決まった文でお返事することもあります）。AI でお返事を作るときは、次のものをそのサービスに送ります。

• あなたのメッセージの文と、その種類（ふつうのコメント・スーパーチャットなど）・言葉の種類（日本語・英語など）・書いてからの時間・メッセージごとに YouTube が付けている番号
• 4 に書いた、あなたについての短いメモ（呼んでほしい名前・来てくれた回数と「初めて・2回目・常連」の区別・メンバーかどうか・好きな曲・話した話題・言葉の種類・絵文字を使う方かどうか）と、その日に AI ARISA にルールを破らせようとした回数
• 同じ配信での、あなたとの直前のやりとり（あなたのメッセージと AI ARISA のお返事。3往復まで）

表示名とチャンネルID は送りません。このほかに送るのは、流れている曲・日付や季節・ARISA の設定など、みなさん個人に関係のない資料です。

命にかかわりそうな書き込みや、とてもつらそうな書き込みには、公的な相談窓口や緊急の電話番号の案内を、お返事に入れることがあります。

このサービスは日本の外（アメリカなど）にあり、送った文は日本の外で処理されることがあります。送った文は、サービスの提供者の決まりにしたがって扱われ、一定の期間、提供者のもとで保存されることがあります。

同じ AI サービスを、運営の手伝いにも使っています

運営者は、同じ AI サービスを、ツールを動かしたり手入れしたりするための「助手」としても使っています。その中で、次のものが同じ AI サービスに送られることがあります。

• 私たちの動画へのコメントの文と、書いた方の表示名（お返事の下書きを作るため。お返事は、運営者が1件ずつ確かめてから投稿します）
• 私たちのチャンネルの数字（報告を作るため）
• チャットの記録（不具合を調べるときなど。表示名やチャンネルID が入っていることがあります）

私たちがこのサービスに情報を送るのは、お返事を作るためと、この運営の手伝いのためだけです。

7ほかの人への提供

情報を売ったり、広告のために人に渡したりはしません。上の AI サービスと、お返事を投稿する YouTube のほかには渡しません。ただし、法律にもとづいて求められたときは除きます。

8保存する場所と期間

• 私たち自身の記録は、運営者のパソコンの中に保存します。インターネット上のサーバーや、プログラムの置き場には置きません。
• ライブ配信のチャットのメッセージ・表示名・チャンネルID・ルール違反や非表示の記録は、1日に4回動くように組んだ自動の片付けが消します。ふつうは受け取ってから29日以内です。片付けが動けない日があったとき（パソコンが止まっていた日など）は、次に動いたときに消します。
• AI ARISA が書いたお返事の文は、それより早く、ふつうは2日ほどで私たちの記録から消します（お返事をしたことと、その時刻は、ほかの記録といっしょに消えるまで残ります）。YouTube のチャットに投稿したお返事そのものは、YouTube に残ります。
• AI ARISA が覚えたメモは、4 に書いたとおり、もとになった書き込みから、ふつうは29日以内に自動で消します。メモを消すときは、その方へのお返事の文も、いっしょに消します。
• 私たちの動画へのコメントの記録（読み込んだコメントの文・表示名・お返事の下書き・投稿したお返事の記録・ツールの実行の記録）も、同じ片付けが、ふつうは29日以内に消します。
• これらの記録の古い写しが、電源を切ったまま使っていない前のパソコンと、パソコンの控え（バックアップ）用のディスクに残っています。どちらも消します。消し終えたら、この文を外します。新しい控えには、これらの記録を入れない設定にしてあります。
• 私たちのチャンネルの数字（再生回数など）は、運営のために保存しておきます（視聴者のみなさん一人ひとりの情報ではありません）。
• AI サービスに送った文は、6 に書いたとおり、提供者の決まりにしたがって、提供者のもとで一定の期間保存されることがあります。
• チャットで非表示にした設定そのものは、YouTube の中に残ります（私たちの記録を消しても、非表示は自動では解除されません）。

9記録を消してほしいとき

• X（旧 Twitter）の ARISA Music（https://x.com/ARISA_Music_X）に、DM で「記録を消してほしい」とご連絡ください。どなたの記録か分かるように、YouTube の表示名か、チャンネルの URL を添えてください。
• ご連絡から7日以内に、その方についての私たちの記録（チャットの記録・AI ARISA が覚えたメモ・動画へのコメントの記録）を消します。
• ライブ配信のチャットで、AI ARISA に「わたしのことは忘れて」のように書いて、AI ARISA が「忘れるね」と答えたときは、ふつう、その方のメモをその場で消し、それより前の書き込みの記録も、次の自動の片付け（ふつう1日以内）で消します。ルール違反の記録も、7日以内に消します。そのあとに書いてくれたことは、新しく覚えます。AI ARISA が答えなかったとき（混んでいるとき・お休みのとき・決まった文でお返事したとき）は、この形では消えません。消えたかどうか分からないときも、上の DM でご連絡ください。
• AI サービスの提供者のもとにある分は、私たちからは消せません（提供者の決まりにしたがって扱われます）。
• YouTube に書いたメッセージやコメントそのものは、YouTube の機能でご自身で消せます（私たちの記録を消しても、YouTube に書いたものは消えません）。

10許可の取り消し

私たちのツールは、Google アカウントの許可を受けて YouTube を使っています。いま許可を出しているのは、運営者（ARISA Music）だけです。許可を出した方は、Google のセキュリティ設定のページ（https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions）から、いつでも許可を取り消せます。許可が取り消されたときは、その許可で受け取った情報を、できるだけ早く、遅くとも30日以内に消します。

11クッキーなど

• 私たちのツールは、みなさんのスマホやパソコンに、クッキー（ブラウザに保存される小さな記録）などを保存しません。
• 公式サイトは、表示する言葉（日本語・英語）の選択を、みなさんのブラウザの中に保存します。
• 公式サイトでは、見られた回数などを知るために、Cloudflare のアクセス解析（クッキーを使わない仕組み）を使っています。広告や、みなさんの行動を追いかけるためのクッキーは使っていません。
• 公式サイトは Cloudflare を使って配信しています。また、文字の形（フォント）を Google Fonts から、アイコンの部品を unpkg.com（プログラムの部品を配っている公開のサイト）から、動画の小さな画像（サムネイル）を YouTube から読み込むため、それぞれにアクセスの情報（IP アドレス〔インターネット上の住所のような番号〕など）が届くことがあります。

1. YouTube 利用規約：私たちのチャンネルとチャットを使うときは、YouTube 利用規約（https://www.youtube.com/t/terms）にも従うことになります。私たちのチャンネルやチャットを使うことで、YouTube 利用規約に同意したことになります。
2. 専門的なこと：医療・薬・法律・お金などの専門的なことについて、AI ARISA は一人ひとりへの助言や診断をしません。命に関わるとき・つらいときは、相談窓口や 119番などに相談してください。
3. 書かないでほしいこと：本名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレスなどの個人情報（ご自身のものも、ほかの人のものも）。
4. 迷惑な書き込み：ひどい悪口・宣伝・URL・連続投稿・性的な内容・個人情報などには、お返事をしません。こうした書き込みや、AI ARISA をだまそうとする書き込みが何度も続くときは、チャットで非表示にすることがあります。
5. 変更・停止：AI ARISA のお返事は、予告なく止めたり、やり方を変えたりすることがあります。
6. 情報の扱い：上のプライバシーポリシーのとおりです。

ARISA Music (“we”) explains on this page how we handle information about you in connection with our YouTube channel “ARISA Music” and the tools we use to run it.

1We use YouTube API Services

Our tool, “ARISA Music Uploader”, uses YouTube API Services (YouTube’s official way for programs to work with YouTube) to do the following on our own channels:

• Manage our videos (uploading, thumbnails and playlists, scheduling publication, translated titles and descriptions, etc.)
• Schedule our live streams and check their status
• Post in our chat and comment sections (AI replies in our live chat, one greeting per broadcast, lyric comments on our videos, and replies to comments on our videos)
• Hide users who repeatedly break our chat rules
• Check our channel statistics (such as view counts)

“ARISA Music Uploader” is the single name for all of the tools we use to run our channel. “AI ARISA”, the AI that chats with you in our live chat, is one of its features.

What you post on YouTube is also handled under YouTube’s (Google’s) privacy policy.

2Scope

• Our YouTube channel “ARISA Music” (https://www.youtube.com/@Arisa-Music) and other channels run by the same owner
• Everything our tool “ARISA Music Uploader” does: uploading and managing videos, scheduling live streams, AI ARISA’s replies in our live chat, replies to comments on our videos, and checking channel statistics
• Our official website (https://arisa-music.pages.dev)

Today AI ARISA replies in the live chat of our “ARISA Relax Room” stream. We plan to extend it to the chat of our song live stream. This page will apply there in the same way.

3Information we receive

(1) When you post in the chat of our live streams

• In a stream where AI ARISA replies (today: “ARISA Relax Room”), we receive the text of your chat messages, your display name, your channel ID (the ID that YouTube gives each account), the time, the message type (regular message, Super Chat, etc.), whether you are a channel member, and the ID that YouTube gives each message (all of this is information that YouTube makes available to us).
• In our song live stream, our tool posts one greeting per broadcast. To avoid posting the same greeting twice, it reads the chat at that moment to check whether our own greeting is already there. It does not store the viewers’ messages it reads at that moment.

(2) When you comment on our videos

• To write reply drafts, we read comments that we have not replied to yet (the comment text, your display name, the date, etc.).

(3) Statistics of our own channel (such as view counts)

• This is information about our own account, not about individual viewers.

We do not receive your email address, postal address, phone number, passwords or payment information (such as card numbers) from YouTube. We never ask for your real name or other personal information. Please do not write it in the chat or in comments.

4What AI ARISA remembers

So that it can reply in a way that fits viewers who come back, AI ARISA builds a short memo from your chat messages and remembers:

• The name you asked us to call you
• A song you told us you like
• Topics you talked about (short notes)
• How many times you visited (including the number of your messages and when you visited), and a level based on it (first time, second time, regular)
• The language you write in, whether you use emoji, and whether you are a channel member

We also keep the number of times a user broke our chat rules and a record of hiding a user from our chat (these records do not contain the text of messages). We also keep a small log for our limits on the number of replies per hour and per day: the time we used AI to write a reply, the time we told a viewer that a limit was reached, and similar details, each stored with the viewer’s channel ID. This log does not contain the text of messages, and entries older than 26 hours are removed the next time the log is written. These records are also deleted automatically, normally within 29 days.

Each item of the memo is deleted automatically, normally within 29 days of the chat message it came from. The visit count covers about the last 29 days. If you do not write in our chat for about 29 days, AI ARISA no longer remembers you.

5How we use it

• For AI ARISA to reply to your chat messages
• To remember viewers who come back and reply in a way that fits them
• To prevent spam and abuse (we may hide users who repeatedly break the chat rules)
• So that the channel owner can check later that the replies were appropriate
• To reply to comments on our videos
• To run our own channel (publishing videos, scheduling streams, checking statistics)

We do not use it for advertising or for any other purpose.

6How AI writes the replies

AI ARISA’s replies are posted automatically. No person reviews each reply before it is posted (replies go through automatic checks before posting, and they are recorded so that the channel owner can review them afterwards; section 8 says how long these records are kept).

Most of the replies are written using a third-party AI text-generation service. (For greetings, thanks, questions we cannot answer and similar messages, we may reply with fixed messages prepared in advance, without using AI.) When a reply is written with AI, we send the following to that service:

• The text of your message, its type (regular message, Super Chat, etc.), its language, how long ago it was written, and the ID that YouTube gives the message
• The short memo about you described in section 4 (the name you asked us to call you, your number of visits and the level based on it, whether you are a channel member, a song you like, topics you talked about, your language, whether you use emoji), and how many times that day you tried to make AI ARISA break its rules
• Your most recent exchanges with AI ARISA in the same stream (your messages and AI ARISA’s replies; up to three exchanges)

We do not send your display name or channel ID. Other than the above, we only send materials that are not about you personally, such as the song that is playing, the date and season, and information about ARISA.

If a message suggests that the writer’s life may be in danger or that they are in serious distress, the reply may include information about a public helpline or an emergency phone number.

The service is located outside Japan (for example, in the United States), so the text may be processed outside Japan. The text is handled under the provider’s own rules and may be kept by the provider for a certain period.

We also use the same AI service to help run the channel

The channel owner also uses the same AI service as an assistant for running and maintaining our tool. In that role, the following may also be sent to the same AI service:

• The text of comments on our videos and the commenter’s display name (to write reply drafts; the channel owner checks each reply before it is posted)
• Statistics of our own channel (to prepare reports)
• Records of the chat (for example, when looking into a problem; these records can include display names and channel IDs)

We send information to this service only to write replies and for this help in running the channel.

7Sharing

We do not sell your information or give it to anyone for advertising. We do not share it with anyone other than the AI service described above and YouTube, where our replies are posted, except when required by law.

8Where and how long we keep it

• Our own records are kept on the channel owner’s computer. We do not put them on internet servers or in code repositories.
• Live chat messages, display names, channel IDs, and records of rule violations and of hiding users are deleted by an automatic cleanup that is scheduled four times a day: normally within 29 days of receiving them. If there is a day on which the cleanup cannot run (for example, because the computer is off), these records are deleted at its next run.
• The text of AI ARISA’s replies is deleted from our records earlier, normally after about two days. (The fact that we replied, and the time, stay until the rest of the record is deleted.) The replies posted in the YouTube chat themselves stay on YouTube.
• AI ARISA’s memo is deleted automatically as described in section 4: each item normally within 29 days of the chat message it came from. When a memo item is deleted, the text of our replies to that viewer is deleted in the same run.
• Records about comments on our videos (the comment text we read, display names, reply drafts, records of the replies we posted and the tool’s run log) are also deleted by the same cleanup, normally within 29 days.
• Older copies of these records remain on a previous computer of ours that is switched off and no longer used, and on our computer’s backup disk. We are deleting both and will remove this sentence when it is done. New backups are set not to include these records.
• Statistics of our own channel (such as view counts) are kept for running the channel. They are not information about individual viewers.
• Text sent to the AI service may be kept by the provider for a certain period under the provider’s own rules, as described in section 6.
• When we hide a user from our chat, the hide setting itself stays on YouTube. Deleting our record does not automatically undo it.

9How to ask us to delete your data

• Send a DM to ARISA Music on X (https://x.com/ARISA_Music_X) and tell us that you want your records deleted. Please include your YouTube display name or channel URL so that we know whose records to delete.
• Within 7 days of your request, we delete our records about you (chat records, AI ARISA’s memo, and records about your comments on our videos).
• If you write something like “please forget me” to AI ARISA in our live chat and AI ARISA answers that it will forget you, we normally delete its memo about you right away, and the records of what you wrote before that are deleted at the next automatic cleanup (normally within one day). Records of rule violations are also deleted within 7 days. What you write after that is remembered as new. If AI ARISA did not answer (for example when the chat is busy, when it is resting, or when it replied with a fixed message), nothing is deleted this way. If you are not sure whether it worked, please contact us by DM as described above.
• We cannot delete what is held by the AI service provider. It is handled under the provider’s own rules.
• You can delete your own messages and comments on YouTube with YouTube’s own features. Deleting our records does not delete what you posted on YouTube.

10Revoking access

Our tool accesses YouTube with permission granted through a Google account. Currently, the channel owner (ARISA Music) is the only one who has granted this permission. Anyone who has granted it can revoke it at any time on the Google security settings page (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions). When access is revoked, we delete the information obtained under that permission as soon as possible, and within 30 days at the latest.

11Cookies and similar technologies

• Our tool does not store cookies (small records saved by your browser) or similar data on your phone or computer.
• Our website stores your language choice (Japanese or English) in your browser.
• Our website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, to see how many times pages are viewed. We do not use cookies for advertising or for tracking your behavior.
• Our website is served by Cloudflare. It also loads fonts from Google Fonts, icons from unpkg.com (a public site that distributes program components) and video thumbnails from YouTube, so access information (such as your IP address) may be sent to each of them.

If we change this policy, we will announce it on this page and update the “Last updated” date.

3. Please do not post personal information such as real names, addresses, phone numbers or email addresses (yours or anyone else’s).
4. Unwanted posts: We do not reply to abusive language, advertising, links, repeated posts, sexual content, personal information and similar posts. If such posts, or posts trying to trick AI ARISA, continue, we may hide the user from our chat.
5. Changes and suspension: We may stop AI ARISA’s replies or change how they work at any time without notice.
6. Your information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy above.
